- Chose the target audience (eg females only in this ZIPcode region)
- Provide the response rate of the campaign (eg 5% of the females said that they prefer the blue product over the advertisers yellow product)
- Lets the end user download the J2MEclient, supports user authentification and secure interfaces
- Connects to the operators SMSC
